About Me

Hi, I'm Lezlie and this is my cheese web site. I live in the Quiet Side of Wine Country of the Coastal Mountains of Northern California. I make cheese once a week, as I study the practice, master my chosen varieties, and share the excitement with whomever will listen. Making cheese if fun, interesting, and creative!

I use only Straus organic non-homogenized milk and cream for my cheeses.  This is the same milk used by Cowgirl Creamery for their cheeses made in Marin County.  Milk is the most important ingredient of cheese, so I use only the best I can get. I want to learn to use goat milk, too.
